So after a bit of an absence, I seem to be back at it this month. September Wrap Up + Book Haul

Hello everyone and welcome to October! In September I didn’t get as much reading done as I would have liked, but as I mentioned in my previous post, I have started writing my PhD thesis, so it’s unlikely I will be getting a lot of reading or posting done for the next few months. Probably the most exciting thing here this month was that I got to release the official teaser for the third book in The Bone Season series by Samantha Shannon in Bloomsbury’s The Mime Order blog tour. August Wrap Up and Book Haul

I had a pretty good reading month this month. I read 7 books, almost half of that being the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. Including the amazing Queen of Shadows which comes out on September 1st! In other interesting news, earlier this month I was featured by Hazel from Stay Bookish for her Novel Portraits feature. So that was super exciting! I also got a new lens for my camera, the Lensbaby Spark which takes awesome crazy photos. So you can look forward to some of those next month. July Wrap Up and Book Haul(s)

I’ve had a pretty good reading month in July. Better than I’ve had in a long time. Read and Reviewed I read six books this month: The Invasion of the Tearling by Erika Johansen 4.5/5 Review The Lesser Dead by Christopher Buehlman 5/5  Review (This was easily my standout read for the month!) A Game of Thrones by George R. R. Martin (Audiobook) 4/5 Review Papertowns by John Green 3/5 Review The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh 4.5/5 Review  Lair of Dreams by Libba Bray – Review to come closer to release (but I can tell you now that it was awesome!)
